Returning your phone at the end of your term? Simply follow the 3 steps below to return your old device to Rogers. Even better, you have up to 30 days to migrate your content and data over to your new device.
- Submit your Hardware Upgrade online with Fraser Valley Wireless. Take note of your Order Number.
- Complete this form and acknowledge all the intake questions as TRUE.
Fraser Valley Wireless will process your Hardware Upgrade order with an Save & Return Return, and include a return kit and pre-paid waybill with your device shipment. - Receive your new device, transfer your content and return your old device within 30 days of your upgrade.
Trade in Process
Trade ins made easy with Fraser Valley Wireless
- Complete a new activation (NAC) or hardware upgrades (HUP) on Financing or Save & Return
You can get a quote for the value of your device by visiting the official Rogers Trade site. - Upon completing your order, you can submit your trade in via your My Rogers account (details below). Follow the prompts to secure your trade in value. Please ensure that the exact model number and carrier are selected in the portal for the traded-in device. Your quote will be valid for 30 days.
- Upon delivery of your new device, migrate your content from your old device to new and ship your old device via the prepaid waybill.

Details on the Rogers Trade Program
To submit the trade in request:
- log in to your MyRogers account (web version, not the app),
- select the phone number it was registered to,
- select “Repair, Trade, or Device Protection Request” under My Device on the right and follow the instructions.
You’ll get a shipping waybill at the end. The trade in credit is a lump sum credit applied by Rogers 2-3 bills after the traded phone is shipped back.
Trade values change frequently. The best way to see the most up to date values as well as locking in a trade value is through your MyRogers account.
