If you are only looking to change your price plan, select the relevant option for Plan Change Request.

You can sign up for either a Primary Line or an Additional Line. You have the option to port your current number from another carrier or choose a new Rogers number.
Follow the on screen prompts and select your device, plan and features of choice.
After selecting your plan, you'll be asked to confirm the automatic payment option to save $10 each month.
Please choose one of the available options.
If you're interested in Adding a new line or Upgrading an existing one, select the second option: 'Add or Upgrade a Line.'

This is the final window where you'll need to fill out the required information. Once everything is completed, an order number will be provided.
