All products purchased from Fraser Valley Wireless must be returned to Fraser Valley Wireless. Under no circumstance, will a return be fasciliated if the product is sent to another distributor.
For all inquiries, please reach out to your Account Manager who will assist you with your return or exchange.
Return Conditions:
- Products must be returned within 15 days of your contract start date. This is the date of activation, not the date you received your order confirmation.
- Products must be in original condition with all accessories and packaging intact. This includes the box with all respective packaging inside
- Items must be free of physical or water damage.
- The device must be reset to factory condition, including the removal of all iCloud, Google logins and credentials.
Return or Exchange Process
- Ensure your device meets the Return Conditions above
- Contact your Account Manager / Sales Rep
- Wait for approval and return waybill
Additional Notes:
- Products may be subject to restocking fees if the device fails to meet the return conditions above.
- Returns will be processed after the device is received and inspected.
