4. Placing an order
To begin, simply click on the "Shop" > "Start Order" button located in the top left corner.

- To activate a line, click on "Activate New Line". If you need a brand new number or port your number from an existing provider over to Rogers.
- For a Hardware Upgrade (HUP), click on the option – UPGRADE your phone.
- Upgrade Primary Line: You currently have an 5G Mobile plan and want to upgrade your main line
- Upgrade Add a Line: You currently have an 5G Mobile plan and want to upgrade a device that is not your primary line.
- If you are only looking to change your price plan, select the relevant option for Plan Change Request.
Ordering Tip: when placing an order, you may be presented with different prices based on your Financing or Save & Return selection. If the price is higher than what you expect, select the Save and Return toggle, which will change the price on your shopping cart to the correct S&R price.
Step 3: Follow the prompts and select your features.
Step 4: To add a secondary line, you can select the HOME button and follow the prompts again. This time you will select Activate Additional line.
Troubleshoot: Can't click Submit or Sign the Terms & Conditions
Option 1: If you are having trouble signing the terms and conditions box, simply click inside the signature box one time, and then select "I accept".
Option 2: If you are still unable to sign or click accept, press the Home Button, then the Cart to re-enter the cart.
