Autopay Discount
Setting up Autopay on an eligible Rogers plan also qualifies you for a monthly Autopay discount —
applied directly to your base plan each month. The discount appears as a line item on your bill and
stays active as long as Autopay is enabled and your payment processes successfully.
If Autopay is cancelled or a payment fails, the discount may be removed until Autopay is reinstated.
Note for RPP participants: The Autopay discount is factored into RPP plan pricing. When comparing
costs, confirm whether the price shown is with or without Autopay applied.
Online | Set up Automatic Payments with pre-authorized credit card (MyRogers)
1. Access your MyRogers account from rogers.com.
2. Select Change Payment Method
3. Set up Automatic Payments.
4. Select Use a Credit Card for Automatic Payments and enter your payment information.
5. Select Continue.
6. Select Submit. It may take a full billing cycle for your first pre-authorized payment to withdraw. If you have a balance on your account, you should make a one-time payment to avoid late payment charges.
On MyRogers App | Set up Automatic Payments with pre-authorized credit card (MyRogers app)
- Open the MyRogers app and sign in.
- Tap the menu button in the top left corner and select Payment or Billing and Payment.
- Tap Change Payment Method.
- Tap Pre-authorized Credit Card and enter your payment information..
- Tap Save Payment Method. It may take a full billing cycle for your first pre-authorized payment to withdraw. If you have a balance on your account, you should make a one-time payment to avoid late payment charges.
