Indigenous tax exemption requests now online

We’ve introduced a streamlined digital way for our customers to request a tax exemption. Now, Indigenous tax exemption requests can be easily submitted online at rogers.com/tax or fido.ca/tax. This streamlined process for both customers and our teams ensures faster processing and reduces the risk of incomplete or lost applications.

We’ll continue offering traditional mail or fax methods for customers who prefer those options.

In order to comply with both federal and provincial regulations surrounding tax exemption, we need the customer to submit a copy of the front and the back of their status card along with their account number. Once we receive that, Rogers will apply tax exemption if they meet the requirements.

Customers can submit their status card to Rogers either by email (NationalAdmin@rci.rogers.com), fax, or via mail. Copies of the card must be clear and legible, and they must be accompanied by the customer’s account number. We are unable to store information without an account number, so if that information is missing the request will be rejected.
