Disney+ with Rogers just got even better! We're enabling you to upgrade or downgrade existing Disney+ subscriptions. Existing customers who are eligible for Disney+ Standard with Ads get even more value since the subscription is included with their TV bundle.
If customers wish to upgrade their subscription tier, they’ll only be charged the difference. The price of Disney+ Standard with Ads will be automatically taken off the price when customers upgrade to another tier.
Customers will now have the ability to upgrade or downgrade their included Disney+ subscriptions through self-serve via MyRogers.
Should an existing customer need assistance upgrading or downgrading their tier, follow these steps below:
1. Log into MyRogers.
2. Navigate to the Overview page.
3. Go to the Manage subscriptions section.
4. Select Manage for Disney+.
5. In Manage subscriptions, select Show all plans and choose the desired plan.
6. Submit to confirm the change
Please note: Customers who activated their Rogers services prior to February 11, 2025 but did not complete their Disney+ activation process will need to go through MyRogers to complete their Disney+ activation.
Disney+ Annual Subscriptions:
When a customer links their existing Disney+ account with us:
- Their current billing pauses, including annual subscriptions.
- Any unused months on their Disney+ annual plan are held.
If a customer unlinks their Disney+ account or cancels service with us:
- The remaining months of their original Disney+ annual subscription will be restored.
- no time is lost—your subscription resumes if you disconnect from service with us.
Is Rogers Xfinity StreamSaver impacted?
- No, Rogers Xfinity StreamSaver is not impacted because Disney+ Standard with Ads did not change. If customers upgrade to Disney+ Standard or Premium tiers the new rates will apply.
Can you credit me for the increased cost?
- No, this rate adjustment is a Disney decision.
I have not been using Disney+, why should I keep my Disney+ subscription?
- Customers can visit the Subscriptions' page within their MyRogers account to manage their subscription.

If a customer is receiving 24-month Disney+ Premium through Rogers Mastercard, will they be impacted by the rate increase?
- No, customers who are on a promotion will continue to receive their current rate for the duration of their promotional period
