Customers scheduling a Rogers Xfinity installation will receive a secure SMS with a personalized link. For every Pro-Installation booked, it’s important to mention to the customer that if needed, they’ll be able to reschedule their appointment directly via the new SMS link or by logging into Rogers.com account when they opt in to this feature.
How it works:
• The SMS includes a secure link to the "View Appointment" page
• Customers can manage their appointments directly from this page
• No login required – quick, easy, and hassle-free!
The following is not supported via self-serve and customers will still need to contact us if they want to:
• Reschedule an order that includes a port-in.
• Cancel their installation order.
