What are my options at the end of the Save and Return period?
- Return the device in good working condition.
- Keep the device and pay the Save & Return amount. They can:
- Pay it in full on your monthly Rogers invoice
- Finance it over 12–48 months at 0% interest with the Rogers Mastercard on an Equal Payment Plan (EPP).
- If your upgrading or activating a new line, you can also finance it over 12 months at 0% interest directly on their Rogers bill. This new option will only be available at the end of your S&R term. Any customer completing an early hardware upgrade will only be eligible for the options above.

Returning your phone at the end of your term? Simply follow the 3 steps below to return your old device to Rogers. Even better, you have up to 30 days to migrate your content and data over to your new device.
- Submit your Hardware Upgrade online with Fraser Valley Wireless. Take note of your Order Number.

Fraser Valley Wireless will process your Hardware Upgrade order with an Save & Return Return, and include a return kit and pre-paid waybill with your device shipment. - Receive your new device, transfer your content and return your old device within 30 days of your upgrade.
