Save & Return Return

Returning your phone at the end of your term? Simply follow the 3 steps below to return your old device to Rogers. Even better, you have up to 30 days to migrate your content and data over to your new device.

1. Submit your Hardware Upgrade online with Fraser Valley Wireless. Take note of your Order Number.
2. Complete this form and acknowledge all the intake questions as TRUE.
   Fraser Valley Wireless will process your Hardware Upgrade order with an Save & Return Return, and include a return kit and pre-paid waybill with your device shipment.
3. Receive your new device, transfer your content and return your old device within 30 days of your upgrade.
