WHAT IS ROGERS DEVICE PROTECTION?

Rogers Device Protection covers your smartphone against accidental damage, liquid damage, loss, and theft. It includes repair and replacement services so you're not left without a phone if something goes wrong.

ENROLLING IN DEVICE PROTECTION

Standard enrollment window:
Device Protection can be added at the time of activation or within the standard enrollment window after your activation date.

Open Enrollment:
Rogers periodically opens an enrollment window outside the standard period. If Open Enrollment is active, reach out to our team to confirm availability and get you set up.

Requirements for enrollment:

• Your device must be present and in good working condition
• No existing physical or liquid damage at time of enrollment

CANCELLING DEVICE PROTECTION

As of February 26, 2026, Device Protection can no longer be cancelled through self-serve on rogers.com or MyRogers. To cancel, contact us and one of our agents will take care of it for you.

PRICING

Rogers Device Protection is tiered based on device value. Monthly fees vary by tier. Starting June 23, 2026, Rogers increased the monthly fee across all tiers — if you were enrolled before that date, your bill reflects the updated rate.

Note: Customers in Manitoba and Saskatchewan who enrolled before October 23, 2025 are not affected by the June 2026 price increase at this time. Device Protection for Apple Watch is also not affected.

MAKING A CLAIM

To make a claim for a lost, stolen, or damaged device:

1. Contact Rogers directly through MyRogers or 1-888-764-3771
2. Have your account information and device details ready
3. Rogers will confirm coverage and arrange repair or replacement
