Fraser Valley Wireless is an authorized Rogers dealer and one of Rogers’ largest national partners, with retail stores across Canada. We run the Rogers Preferred Program for employers and member organizations across the country.

Are you Rogers?

We provide Rogers services, but we’re not Rogers customer care. Your plan and account are with Rogers, and our team is your support channel for the Preferred Program. If something needs Rogers, we handle it with them and let you know. If we can't solve it ourselves, we'll follow up with the right team for you.

• Checking whether you qualify and finding your organization’s pricing
• Ordering a new phone, adding a line, or bringing your own phone
• Upgrading your phone or changing your plan
• Moving a line from someone else’s account to yours
• Returns, exchanges, and questions after you buy

Why contact us directly

Preferred Program orders placed through us are handled by our team from start to finish. Contacting us directly means the people helping you can see your order and your account history. Help from other stores or resellers may work differently.

Joined the Preferred Program through another store or dealer? We can still help with anything you order through us. For an order placed somewhere else, that store has your order details, so they are the fastest place to start.
