OVERVIEW
Rogers wireless postpaid customers have 15 days from activation to return or exchange a device. This policy applies to new activations, additional lines, and hardware upgrades.
WHO THIS APPLIES TO
Rogers wireless postpaid customers, including RPP participants, who purchased or upgraded a device through FVW Wireless.
Note: This policy applies to wireless postpaid devices only. Rogers Xfinity Home Internet (5GHI) equipment has a separate return policy.
WHAT'S COVERED UNDER THE 15-DAY WINDOW
Buyer's Remorse — Changed your mind about the device? You can return it within 15 days of activation, no reason required.
Buyer's Preference — Prefer a different device? You can exchange within 15 days, subject to availability.
Hardware Upgrade (HUP) Cancellation — If you completed an upgrade and wish to revert, the 15-day window applies.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURN
- Device must be returned in its original condition — undamaged, with all accessories and original packaging
- The SIM card and any account changes made at activation will be reversed
- Any promotional credits, trade-in credits, or hardware financing connected to the activation may be adjusted or reversed upon return
ACCESSIBILITY EXCEPTIONS
Customers with accessibility needs may be eligible for exceptions to the standard return window. Contact our team and we will work with Rogers to accommodate your situation.
