Adding a line or bringing your own phone

You can add a line for a family member, or bring a phone you already own, online at order.fvwireless.com. If you get stuck on any step, contact us and we’ll finish it with you.

Adding a line for a family member

Family members can join your account and share your Preferred Program benefits. The line is added to your account, and you stay the account holder. Your family member doesn’t need to qualify on their own.

Bringing your own phone

You can bring a phone you already own instead of buying a new one. Before you start:

• Make sure the phone is unlocked.
• Decide whether you want a physical SIM or an eSIM. We’ll send you what you need.
• Keeping your current number? Keep your account with your current provider active until your number has moved over. See Keeping your existing phone number when switching to Rogers.

5G+ Lite is a good fit if you’re bringing your own phone, and don't need international calling built in (standard Roam Like Home options are still available). See Rogers Preferred Program plans: what each plan includes.

How to order, step by step

Step 1. Go to order.fvwireless.com

Step 2. Find your organization

Type your organization’s name in the search box and select it, or click its shortcut on the page. If you have an access key, you can enter it here.

Step 3. Select “Check Eligibility”, then “See Offers”

Step 4. Select “Shop”, then “Start Order”

Step 5. Select “Activate New Line”

This works for a brand-new number and for moving a number over from another provider.

Step 6. Choose a new phone, or choose to bring your own

Step 7. If you’re buying a phone, choose how to pay for it

Pick Financing or Save & Return. See Difference between financing and Save & Return.

Step 8. Choose your plan and any add-ons

Step 9. Review your cart, sign the terms and submit

Click inside the signature box once, then select “I accept”. You’ll get a confirmation email shortly after.

Adding more than one line?

After you submit, go back to the home page and repeat from Step 4. Choose Activate Additional Line this time.

Is the line on someone else’s account?

If the phone number is on another person’s Rogers account, it needs to move to yours first. See Transfer of Responsibility.
