Screen Protectors
Our screen protectors come with a Limited Lifetime Manufacturer Warranty, a testament to their durability. To claim a replacement:
- Complete the Screen Protection Warranty Claim Form.
- Select your phone model on the warranty replacement page.
- Pay a nominal shipping and handling fee of $9.99 plus tax.
- Receive order confirmation and delivery status via email.
No need to return the product unless requested by our support team. This policy even applies to customers who have exceeded their replacement limit or warranty period, ensuring maximum flexibility.
Charging Cables
Our charging cables are backed by a 2-year Manufacturer Warranty, covering issues like fraying, failure to charge, or damaged connectors under normal use. To claim a replacement:
- Fill out the Other Accessories Warranty Claim Form.
- Upon receipt, we’ll ship a replacement and confirm via email.
Charging Solutions
Car chargers, wall chargers, wireless chargers, and power banks carry a 1- to 2-year Manufacturer Warranty, covering defects in materials and workmanship. The process mirrors that of charging cables, requiring the submission of the Other Accessories Warranty Claim Form and return of the defective product.
Phone Cases
Phone cases are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Follow the same steps as for charging cables and solutions to claim a replacement.
Important Notes
- Warranty Start Date: Begins from the date of purchase.
- Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, accidental drops, normal wear and tear, or damage to devices caused by our products.
- Lost or Stolen Products: Not covered under the warranty.
- Dispute Resolution: Libratel Inc. reserves the final decision on replacement disputes, aiming for amicable resolutions.
