Troubleshooting and Support
If your Rogers handset is has any issues, the best first step is to contact Rogers Tech Support. They are trained to troubleshoot all kinds of problems, and should be able to help resolve your issue or determine whether you may have a defective device.
If Tech support is unable to resolve the problem, please let us know as soon as possible. If a device is defective, we have a very limited amount of time to swap this for you, so need to be able to arrange this with you before 7 days has passed from you receiving your new device.
