To streamline the billing support process and empower customers to manage their billing inquires independently, Rogers has launched the Digital Billing Inquiry.

This allows customers to submit a request to review a charge for Rogers Mobile and Xfinity products through rogers.com or the MyRogers app. Once submitted, the inquiry is reviewed by the appropriate team, and the customer receives a response via email within 5 business days.
Effective October 29, 2025, Digital Billing Inquiry is now the primary process for any requests to review a billed charge and billing disputes for Rogers customers.
Customers can use Rogers’s self-serve option for their digital billing inquiry:
- Log in to rogers.com or the MyRogers app
- Navigate to the Billing and Payments section
- Select the “Request a Review” button to submit a request to review a billed charge.
Customers will receive a response via email within 5 business days.
