Your first bill estimate
Since most plan changes happen mid bill cycle, you may notice some discreprencies between what you were quoted and the actual price.
This may be caused by a number of factors, such as:
Proration: If your plan was set up mid month - your first bill will be higher due to proration. Future bills will be as quoted with your Account Manager. The charges indicated on your first bill are likely to be aggregate total of:
1. first month partial billing,
2. plus the full second monthly service fee.
For existing Customers completing a plan change, there will be an offsetting credit (based on your previous MSF) for the unused portion of your previous plan. In most instances, these will offset one another.
Setup and Service Fees: Depending on the changes completed with your account, you may be subject to one, or a combination of:
- $50 enrollment fee
- $60 setup fee
- $50 transfer fees
