Setup Service Fee and Plan Change Fee Eliminated

Effective June 12, 2026, the following fees will no longer be charged on Rogers wireless and residential
accounts:
• Setup Service Fee (SSF)
• Price Plan Change (PPC) fee
These changes apply to Rogers Preferred Program customers, as well as Rogers Consumer, Fido, and
Rogers Business Regular customers.
Note: Early cancellation fees and any outstanding device financing balances are separate and still
apply.
